when someone breaks peace treaty there is no more gentelmen becouse i
do not want to have such neighbour wich can attack me from behind. And
yes i did not have place where to develop but you had to think about
this before attacking galex...

once more i will reapeat: i do not tolerate people who breaks
agreements. It is simple. If you will teach someone that he will get
no use of breaking agreements he will not do this again.
